JANICE M. VINCI, ESQ.
Previously in-house Claims Counsel with Fidelity National Financial, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 Company, Ms. Vinci gained her unique and extensive knowledge of real estate and title issues handling title claims and tenders of defense from homeowners, lenders and developers from the states of California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona and Nevada. Title claims handled by Ms. Vinci were comprised of claims tendered to Fidelity National Title Company, Chicago Title Company, Security Union Title Company, Ticor Title Company, Alamo Title Company, and more.
Ms. Vinci's knowledge covers an array of title issues including but not limited to title defects, boundary disputes, easements, leases, deeds of trusts, claims of lien priority, homeowner association violations, foreclosures, mechanic liens, identity theft, forgery, diminution in value, fraudulent conveyances, equitable subrogation, escrow negligence, partition, and probate title matters.

Vinci provides aggressive and effective legal representation for real estate litigation and transactional matters for various clients including title companies, residential homeowners, commercial property owners, developers and lenders. Other services offered are comprised of Trust Administration and that as an Expert Witness on title issues.
Janice M. Vinci earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University. She is licensed by the State Bar of California and as a Real Estate Broker by the State of California Department of Real Estate.
